shredded cheddar cheese

salsa

chili verde
(see recipe)
Instructions
Heat refried beans in a saucepan per directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet. Add flour tortilla and fry for 1 – 3 minutes on both sides until crispy.
Place fried tortilla on a plate and cover with refried beans.
Add chili verde and top with lettuce, cheese, and salsa.
