  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each wrap to about 1-inch from the edge.
  2. Evenly distribute 1 handful of spinach on each wrap to cover the hummus.
  3. In the center of each wrap, add half of the chicken, olives, onion, bell pepper, sundried tomatoes, and goat cheese.
  4. Fold in the ends of the wrap, and roll like a burrito. Cut in half.
