zucchini
cut into bite size pieces

yellow squash
cut into bite size pieces

red or yellow bell pepper
cut into bite size pieces

red onion
cut into bite size pieces
Instructions
Combine vinegar, oil, marjoram, rosemary, oregano, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large ziploc bag and shake to mix.
Add vegetables and cubed meat and let marinate for at least 1 hour (longer is better).
Place on skewers that have been soaked in water for at least 30 minutes. Grill to desired doneness.
Recipe Notes
Since they require different cooking times, place meat and vegetables on separate skewers.
