Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground marjoram
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pound sirloin steak (or chicken breast) cut in 2 inch cubes
- 2 zucchini cut in 2 inch pieces
- 2 yellow squash cut in 2 inch pieces
- 2 red/yellow bell pepper cut in 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium onion cut in 2 inch pieces

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except meat and vegetables in a ziploc bag and shake to mix.
- Add meat and vegetables. Lightly toss and let marinate 1 - 4 hours (longer is better).
- Place meat and vegetables on skewers and grill to desired doneness.
