fresh thyme

minced fresh rosemary
salt & pepper to taste

garlic powder

ground sage
1/8
tsp
paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Add thyme, rosemary, garlic powder, sage, paprika, salt and pepper to a small bowl. Stir well to combine.
Using paper towels, pat dry both sides of the chicken pieces.
Place chicken skin side down on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the herb mixture.
Turn chicken pieces skin side up. Rub a little olive oil on the skin of each chicken piece. Sprinkle with the remaining herb mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
