Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients, except lamb, to a large Ziploc bag. Seal bag and shake well to combine.
  2. Add lamb to the marinade. Seal bag and turn/shake well to coat. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight (longer is better).
  3. Grill lamb over medium high heat, turning often until desired doneness (approximately 30 -35 minutes).
  4. Remove from grill and cover with foil for 5 minutes before slicing.
