sliced mushrooms

Marsala wine
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken until done and lightly browned on both sides.
Meanwhile, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a second skillet over medium heat and sauté mushrooms.
Add cooked mushrooms to the chicken.
Pour Marsala over chicken and mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
Add butter and reduce heat to simmer. Cook 3 – 5 minutes.
