Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry in White Wine

Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 zucchini cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup snow pea pods
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup white wine
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in the pan. Add vegetables to the pan. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir fry 3 - 4 minutes until the vegetables are just cooked through.
- Add the chicken back to the pan along with the white wine and lemon juice and stir fry for an additional 2 – 3 minutes.
- Stir in green onions and remove from heat.
