Instructions
Add finely minced garlic to a small bowl. Add the kosher salt and mash together with a fork into a paste.
Add the juice of a lemon to the bowl, and add an equal amount of olive oil.
Add dijon mustard and worcestershire sauce (and optional anchovy paste). Use the fork to blend well into a creamy dressing.
To make the salad, place the romaine, parmesan cheese, and croutons in a mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and toss the salad well.
