Instructions
  1. Mix cornstarch with the beef stock and soy sauce. Stir to remove any lumps and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok. Add ginger, pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir to mix well with the oil.
  3. Add beef and stir fry until the steak is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add the onion, carrots, and broccoli and stir fry until the onion is translucent and the carrots and broccoli become tender.
  5. Add the steak back to the skillet and stir to mix with onions and broccoli. Let it cook 1 – 2 minutes.
  6. Stir green onions into the mixture.
  7. Stir the cornstarch/beef stock mixture to remove any lumps and stir into the mixture. Let the sauce thicken a bit. If it gets too thick, gradually add more beef stock.
  8. Serve over rice.
