bulk Italian sausage

jumbo shells

ounces
ricotta cheese
1/4
tsp
dried oregano
16
ounces
grated mozzarella cheese

spaghetti sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Brown sausage in a large pan until crumbly. Drain extremely well. Place sausage in a large bowl and let cool 10 – 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook jumbo shells until three quarters done. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Add the oregano and ricotta to the sausage and mix until all ingredients are incorporated well.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Add just enough spaghetti sauce to cover the bottom of the baking dish.
Stuff shells with sausage mixture and place in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top of the manicotti and cover with mozzarella.
Bake for 30 minutes.
