diced fresh dill

corn starch

ground flaxseed

dijon mustard

breadcrumbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Gently combine salmon, onion, capers, dill, and corn starch in a mixing bowl.
Mix flaxseed and water together in a small bowl. Let stand for 3 minutes.
Add mustard, flaxseed mixture, and breadcrumbs to the salmon mixture. Gently mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with non-stick spray.
Form salmon burgers by hand and place on baking sheet. Spray top of burgers with non-stick spray.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove baking sheet from the oven and gently turn the salmon burgers.
Bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Recipe Notes
Can substitute 1 beaten egg for flaxseed mixture.
