butternut squash

olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Peel butternut squash and cut in half. Remove seeds.
Cut squash into bite sized pieces and place in a large ziploc bag. Add olive oil. Seal bag and shake to evenly coat squash.
Pour squash onto a foil lined baking sheet, and evenly distribute in a single layer. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
