  1. Cook pasta per package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and sauté for about 3 – 4 minutes, turning once. Remove sausage from skillet.
  3. Add shallots and chili flakes to the skillet. Sauté for 1 – 2 minutes. Add spinach and sauté until it starts to wilt.
  4. Add sausage and chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  5. Add garlic, tomatoes, oregano, and pine nuts to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2 – 3 minutes.
  6. Add chicken stock. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and continue to cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
  7. Drain pasta. Spoon sausage mixture over cooked pasta.
