Combine all ingredients except chickpeas in a food processor. Process until herbs are chopped and everything is well combined.
Add chickpeas and process well until the mixture until it forms a smooth paste.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of dough at a time and form into patties and place them on the baking sheet. (The dough will be wet.)
Cook for 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven and let them cool for five or so minutes, then flip them carefully and cook for an additional 10 – 15 minutes.
