  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine lamb, parsley, mint, pine nuts, paprika, coriander, cinnamon, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into 2-inch meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the onion and garlic and cook stirring constantly for 3 – 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cinnamon, coriander, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Bring the sauce to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer.
  6. Remove meatballs from the oven and add to the sauce, turning them several times to coat them. Cover and simmer the meatballs for 10 – 15 minutes.
  7. Remove cover and garnish with parsley.
