Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add garlic, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and herbs to a food processor. Pulse for 30 seconds.
  3. Add olive oil and pulse until a past forms.
  4. On a sheet pan, place sliced lemons and set the salmon on top of the lemons.
  5. Rub herb paste on the fish and sprinkle capers over the top.
  6. Roast on the middle rack of the oven for 20 – 25 minutes.
