Ingredients

rack of lamb cut into chops

cloves
minced garlic

dried oregano

sea salt
1/8
tsp
black pepper

cup
olive oil
zest of 2 lemons
juice of 2 lemons
(about 1/2 cup)
Instructions
Add all ingredients except lamb to a large ziplock bag. Close bag and shake to mix well.
Add lamb chops and turn to coat. Marinate for 1 hour or up to 24 hours (longer is better).
Remove lamb chops from marinade and grill to desired doneness.
