stew beef

diced tomatoes

carrots
chopped

potatoes
chopped

stalk
celery
diced

medium
onion
chopped
1/8
tsp
kosher salt
1/8
tsp
black pepper

Tbsp
tapioca

cups
beef stock
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Do not brown stew meat. Spray 3 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray.
Place stew meat in the bottom of casserole.
Add potatoes, onions, celery, and carrots. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and tapioca over the top.
Pour the tomatoes over the top. Pour beef stock over the top.
Cover and bake for 3 hours.
