Ingredients

ground chicken

hoisin sauce

low sodium soy sauce

rice wine vinegar

8 ounce can
diced water chestnuts
drained

chopped green onions

lettuce leaves
(butter, iceberg, or romaine)
Instructions
Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and crumbly, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in hoisin sauce mixture and heat through, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir in chestnuts and green onions until tender, about another 1-2 minutes.
Scoop chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and roll up to eat.
