beef stock

soy sauce
Instructions
Combine marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Shake to mix well. Add beef and let marinate at least 1 hour (longer is better).
In a small bowl, combine corn starch, brown sugar, beef stock, and soy sauce. Stir to dissolve corn starch and mix well.
Drain marinade from beef.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add garlic and beef and stir fry until the beef is no longer pink. Remove from skillet.
Add all the vegetables except the cabbage. Stir fry until tender. Add cabbage and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Add beef back to the skillet along with the green onions and beef stock mixture. Stir to combine.
Continue to stir fry for an additional 1 – 2 minutes until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and serve over brown rice.
