Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl combine butter, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt, pepper, and paprika. Use a fork to mash into a paste consistency.
  3. Place the lemon slices on foil lined baking sheet and place cod on top of lemon slices.
  4. Divide butter evenly between filets and use a knife to spread it evenly over the top of the fish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
