  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil and water together in a small bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a skillet over medium heat for 1 – 2 minutes.
  3. Add bok choy and sauté 2 – 3 minutes.
  4. Pour water/soy sauce mixture over bok choy and cook 5 – 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
